Benefits: A round-trip economy-class international flight ticket
and monthly stipend of NT $ 30,000 (approximately US $928).
Scholarship recipients are responsible for all housing, tuition
fees, health insurance and travel costs.

Eligibility: US citizen who does not hold the Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality and does not have the status of an overseas Chinese student.     
Duration:
Master's program: maximum 2 years
Doctoral program: maximum 3 years

Application Requirement: Applicants must to submit the following documents:

(1)     Application Form with Study Plan;

(2)     A copy of diploma and transcript;

(3)     Health certificate (include HIV Test);

(4)     Two recommendation letters;

(5)     English language score report such as TOEFL if English is not applicant's native language.
